Felicia Elizabeth Brown, 34, of Huntington, WV passed away October 14, 2016 at her home. She was born October 16, 1981 in Myrtle Beach, SC. She is preceded in death by her father, Grady Foley. She leaves behind to mourn her loss; her loving husband, William "Scott" Brown; mother, Katherine Gasque Foley; daughters, Kathryn, Adalynn and Katelyn; sons, Mykal, Ashton and Brandon. Also surviving is one sister, Cecilia Chapman of Loris, SC; brothers, Andrew Foley (Caylene) of Overland Park, KS and Grady Foley II of Little River, SC and a host of nieces and nephews. At this time, there will not be any services scheduled.
