Carol Sue Toney, 78 of Hurricane, WV, passed away on January 22, 2020 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston, WV. She was born July 9, 1941 in Charleston, WV; a daughter of Henry Wood Montague and Stella Bailey Montague. She will be cremated and there will not be any services. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home in Huntington, WV is entrusted with her care.
