Christopher (Crazy) Lloyd Mayes

   40, of Ona, WV, went home to be with the lord on September 17, 2020. He was born January 11, 1980, in Huntington, WV to Vickie Shull Mayes and the late Walter Lloyd Mayes of Ona, WV.

   He is survived by his daughters that were his everything: Hannah Marie Mayes(Noah Clark) and Katelyn Ciara Mayes, his little (big) sister: Amanda Mayes(Jonathan Ross) and 1 very special nephew: Eric Ross, that was his little buddy, his Fiancé: Rebecca Davenport and her daughter, Savannah, held a special place in his life.

   Chris was a WV Golden Gloves Champ for years running. He was active in sports as a kid and loved the outdoors.  Chris was a Son, Brother, Father, Uncle, Fiancé and was loved by many. A Special thanks to our Family and friends that has stepped up to help Crazy Mayes and our family in this time of need. We want to think the pallbearers: Jason Brown, Drew Hatfield, Jeff Vance, Noah Clark, Chris Jeffers, John Anteman, Isacc Gartin, Daniel Kirtley & Jonathan Ross.    

   A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 P.M, Thursday, September 24, 2020 at Forest Memorial Park with Pastor Kevin Shull officiating.
