ObituaryFRANCES ONEIDA ELKINS, 84, of Barboursville went home to be with her Lord Saturday, February 5, 2005, at her residence. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 8, 2005, in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, with the Rev. Bobby Dailey officiating. She was born Nov. 18, 1920, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Albert and Nora Morrison Keenan. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lawson "George" Elkins Sr.; one son, Benjamin Elkins; and three brothers. She was a member of Susannah Baptist Church. She is survived by five daughters, Linda Elkins, Leafy Elkins, Sharon Sifrit, Shirley Wagner and Lila Bledsoe; five sons, Lawson Elkins Jr., Clovis Elkins, Gary Elkins, Albert Elkins and Harry Elkins; three brothers; six sisters; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and two very special caregivers, Wanda Morgan and Dorothy Workman.
