Obituary

HAROLD ADKINS, of Milton, died Friday, Sept. 16, 2005 in the VA Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, 2005 at God's House of Prayer, Whitten Ridge. Burial will follow in Staten Chapel Cemetery. He was a Navy veteran of World War II and Korea, retired electrician from IBEW and a faithful attendee of God's House of Prayer. He is survived by his wife, Betty Adkins. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton and one hour prior to the service Monday at the church.
