Linvell Amos Webb, 69, of Milton passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2012 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, Milton with Pastor Carl Merritt officiating. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Linvell was born August 10, 1942 in Gallipolis Ferry, WV, a son of the late Amos and Pauline Perry Webb. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Webb. He was a professional truck driver and a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church. Linville is survived by his wife, Phyllis Jean Webb; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary Sr. and Paula Webb of Howard, OH; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis and Marvin Freeman of South Point, OH and Leota and Harold Vickers of Barstow, CA; one sister-in-law, Sheila Webb of Apple Grove, WV; five grandchildren, Tasha, Gary Jr., Clayton, Corey and Clarissa; four great grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 10 step-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service Monday at the church. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of arrangements.
