Phyllis June Samples
(March 5, 1929 - November 16, 2014)

Phyllis June Ronk Samples, 85, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, formerly of Huntington, died at home on Sunday November 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Cledis and Roma (Maxwell) Ronk, and her husband William D. Samples. She is survived by her sons, Randy Perry and his wife Pam of Marietta, GA, and Larry Perry of Lufkin, TX. Phyllis had 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is survived also by her brothers, Pat Ronk and his wife Judy of Ona, WV and Ron Ronk and his wife Sharon of Elizabethtown, KY. She and her husband Bill resided in Miami, Florida for 43 years, moving to Elizabethtown, Kentucky in 2002. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Justin Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Culloden Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
