Charles Lee Washington

Charles Lee “Sam” Washington, 79, of Milton, passed away Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Genesis Heritage Center, Huntington.  He was born November 18, 1939 in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Carl Edward and Essie Blanche Washington.  Sam was a truck driver and a veteran of the US National Guard.  He is survived by his wife, Judy Washington; son, Charles David Washington of Glenwood and grandson, D.J. Washington, also of Glenwood.  Funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. James Bolen officiating.  Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery.  Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service Wednesday at the funeral home.
