PHYLLIS HOPE ADKINS CHILDERS
(September 15, 1937 - October 9, 2009)

PHYLLIS HOPE ADKINS CHILDERS, 72, of Huntington, passed away Friday, October 9, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born September 15, 1037, in Wayne, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Stanford and Ruby Davis Adkins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Childers(1991). She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Wednesday, October 14, 2009, at HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE. Burial will be in the Baylous Cemetery Salt Rock, with the Rev. Forrest Cummings officiating. Visitation will be 6-9 PM, Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the mortuary. HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE is handling arrangements for the family.
