CARROLL L. WENTZ
(October 22, 1938 - June 26, 2012)

Carroll L. Wentz, 73 of Huntington, WV, died, Tuesday, June 26, 2012 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born October 22, 1938 in Huntington, WV the son of the late, Leroy and Dora (Fannin) Wentz. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Lucille Farren and one  brother Robert Wentz.   He is survived by his wife, Julia Ann McKinley Wentz; three daughters, Francine Black, Angelene Miller and Lahoma Wentz and one son, Vaughn Wentz all of Huntington, WV; seven grandchildren, William and Daniel Black, Gary Lee, Billy Ray and Adam Miller, Eric and Ethan Wentz; on step-granddaughter, Annie Finely; one great-grandson, Easton Miler; one step great-grandson, William Finley. He is also survived by his long time friends Lloyd and Beverly Stickler of Huntington where he also made his home. He was a U.S. Marine Veteran. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held from noon until service time on Friday Burial will follow in Spring Valley Memory Gardens, Huntington, WV with military graveside rites.
