JOSEPH ALLEN BAUMGARDNER
(July 19, 1963 - February 25, 2013)

Joseph Allen "Joe" Baumgardner, 49 of Barboursville, WV, a much loved son, brother, father, uncle and cousin went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 25, 2013 in Troy, IL. Joe never knew a stranger and his life was full of those he loved. We don’t cry because he is gone, rejoice because you knew him.  He was born July 19, 1963 in Cabell, County, WV, the son of David and Eleanor Long Baumgardner of Barboursville, WV.  He was a over the road truck driver for Bar-Nunn Trucking Company and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp.  He is also survived by one son, Michael Baumgardner of Barboursville, WV; one sister, Mary Ellen Baumgardner Black of Barboursville, WV; and one brother, Andy Baumgardner of Huntington, WV and two nieces, Annie and Abi Black of Barboursville, WV. At the family’s request, Joe’s funeral services will be private. Friends may contact the family for service details.  Rev. Don Wheeler will be officiating the services. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. The family requests In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations are to be made in Joe’s name to the National Lung Association and Help For Animals of Barboursville.
