LORRAINE EUDORA COOK MCCOMAS
(March 14, 1940 - December 15, 2014)

Lorraine Eudora Cook McComas, 74 of Ona, W.Va. passed away, Monday, December 15, 2014. She was born March 14, 1940 in Lorado, W.Va. a daughter of the late Howard and Opal Cook Cook.  She was retired from Eastwood Learning Center and was a member of Lewis Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Pearl Cook Aliff, Beulah Cook Western and Gladys Cook Saunders; two brothers, Harold and Raymond Cook and two special friends, Rose Franco and Bertha Johnson.  She is survived by her loving husband, Oscar McComas, Jr. of Ona, W.Va.; four sons, Rick McComas (Frances) of Huntington, W.Va, Timothy McComas (Tracey) of Barboursville, W.Va, Kevin McComas (Deide) of Ona, W.Va and Eric McComas (Kevin Knowles) of Huntington, W.Va; two brothers, Robert Cook (Sandy) of Sydney, OH. and Carl Cook (Bobbi) of Ashland, KY; six grandchildren, Conner, Lauren, Samantha, Courtney, Maddie and Jake McComas; five sisters-in-law, Carol Wood, Martha Vanatter, Debbie McComas and Vodis Cook, Anita (Nootsie) Trout, one special friend Charlotte Thompson and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Lewis Memorial Baptist Church with Dr. David Lemming officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. The family will recieve friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM service time on Saturday at the church. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. is caring for the family.
