Thomas G. Baker, 94 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Friday, December 23, 2016 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. He was born March 29, 1922 in Huntington, W.Va. the son of the late, Albert Wiley and Nell Hayes Baker. He was a retired City Engineer and Director of Public Works for the City of Huntington, a member of Steel Memorial United Methodist Church in Barboursville, W.Va. and a U.S. Army WWII. Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Hodges "Chris" Baker. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Larry and Deborah Baker of Knoxville, TN; five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
