Earnest Joseph Miller, II., 71 of Ironton, Ohio, passed away, Saturday, March 25, 2017 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. He was born September 19, 1945 in Huntington, W.Va. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Vietnam. He is survived by two children, Tammy Westfall and Ernest Joseph Miller, III. both of Huntington, W.Va. and a loving brother, Lloyd Wallace.
