Deborah Sue “Moppy” Sharp Barker, 63 of Pedro, Ohio, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 in the Ohio State Medical Center, Ross Heart Institute, Columbus, Ohio. She was born October 21, 1956 in Ironton, Ohio the daughter of the late, Ken and Dora Sharp. She was a graduate of Rock Hill High School and attended Marshall University. She was a member of C3 Church in South Point, Ohio and was a Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Susie Sharp and two brothers-in-law, Ken Jones and Charlie Gore. She is survived by her husband, Terry “Poppy” Barker of Pedro, OH; one daughter, Bridgette (Wes) Conley of Verona, KY and one son, Tony (Kate) Barker of Pedro, OH; sisters, Peg Jones of South Point, OH and Trish Gore of Kitts Hill, OH; three grandchildren, Lanie and Petal Conley and Preston Barker. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at C3 Church, South Point, OH. with Deb's children, Tony Barker and Bridgette Conley Speaking. Burial will follow in the Lawrence Furnace Cemetery, Pedro, OH. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at C3 Church.
