Thomas John Melnyk

Thomas John Melnyk, 78 of Lavallette, WV; formerly of Las Vegas, NV passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was born April 18, 1944 in Francis Mine, PA; son of the late Pete and Helen Melnyk. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Kenny Melnyk. Thomas is survived by his children, Nickie Gannon, Sherry Ross, Jody Kalnicki, Tina Powell, Gary Melnyk, Marla Melnyk; sister, Dorothy “Tutsie” Noga; fourteen grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. There will be no services. Henson and Kitchen Mortuary 6357 E. Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV near Barboursville are caring for the family.
