Obituary
Harley Edward Lusher, 77 of
Barboursville, WV, died Saturday, January 22, 2022. He was born October 14,
1944 in Wayne County, WV the son of the late, Fred and Betty Adkins Lusher.
He was a retired Crane Operator from Special Metals, a U.S. Army Veteran and
member of Christ Temple Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded
in death by his wife, Sharon Lucille Runyon Lusher and a brother, John
Lusher. He is survived by his two daughters, Renee McComas of Barboursville,
WV and Michelle Dement (Tracy) of Chesapeake, OH; one sister, Connie Lycans
(Mike) of Kingsport, TN; one brother, Dana Brian Lusher of Huntington, WV;
sister-in-law, Helena Lusher of Barboursville, WV; six grandchildren, Aaron
Dement (Danielle), Shanna Aikin (Jeremiah), Tyler Dement, Britney Mankin
(Logan), Jessica Valentine (Frank) and Brandon Wilson; five great
grandchildren, Austin Dement, Noah Dement, Tristan Dement, Asher Dement and
Riley Dement and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at
1:00 PM on Friday, January 28, 2022 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary 6357 E.
Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV near Barboursville with Pastor Keith Watters
officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM
service time on Friday at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary. Burial will follow in
the Maple Hill Section of the Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova, WV.
