Obituary
Sammy Tomblin,
66, of Kenova, WV, husband of Joyce Tomblin, passed away on Wednesday, June
4th, 2014, at Cornerstone Hospital, Huntington. He was born December 24,
1947 in Logan, West Virginia, a son of the late Jess Tomblin and Dora Harmon
Tomblin. Sammy was a
truck driver. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday at 1:00 PM
at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Jerry Matt. Burial will follow at
White Chapel Memorial Gardens. Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law,
Larry and B.J. Tomblin and James Starkey; daughter, Rosie Vance;
grandchildren, Megan, Curtis, Kristin, ALex, Emily and Joshua; great
grandchildren, Brantley, Addison, and Myles; brothers, Dino Tomblin and
Smoky Toth; sisters and brother-in-law, Juanita and Jerry Spence, Janice and
Allen Moore and Rilda Cline, and many nieces, nephews cousins, and extended
family and friends. Friends may call from noon until service time on Friday
at the Reger Funeral Home. Reger Funeral Home and Cremation Service
are assisting the family.
