Frank Cecil Davis

Francis "Frank" Cecil Davis, Jr., of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Huntington, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018. Francis was born on April 8, 1951 in Huntington, WV to the late Francis Cecil and Quindora Herring Davis. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Hillman; and a brother, Craig Davis. He is survived by his wife Dora Tempeton Davis; his children, Frank Gabriel "Gabe" (Brittany Reed) Davis of Lawrenceville, GA, Cara Ruth Davis of Atlanta, GA and Michael "Mike" Charles Davis of Winder, GA; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Ruth Davis of Lawrenceville, GA; siblings, Susan (James) Rodgers of Suwanee, GA and Julia "Judy" (Dr. Rolf) Koehler of Pulaski, VA; and several nieces and nephews. The Celebration of Frank’s Life is scheduled for Fri., 10/5 at 11:00 am with Visitation at 10:00 am Hickory Grove  Baptist Church Latin American Campus 7425 E. WT Harris Blvd. Charlotte, NC 28227.
