Obituary

Dr. Sallie Catherine Plymale
(June 5, 1928 - April 20, 2020)

Dr. Sallie Catherine Plymale, 91, of Ceredo, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at her residence. Private funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Marty Gute for the family on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Reger Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Crescent Hill Cemetery, Ceredo. Dr. Sallie was born on June 5, 1928 in Kenova, WV to the late John Thomas and Georgia Body Hamer. She was a teacher for Wayne County School, Marshall Lab School and Marshall University. She is survived by two sons, Robert "Bob", and Thomas "Tom" Plymale. Funeral services will be livestreamed through Facebook Live.
