OPAL MAE BLACK, 82, of Milton, passed away peacefully Friday, January 10, 2014, at her nieces home surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born May 21, 1931, in Cabell County, a daughter of the late Larry Edward and Carrie Lea Blake Clagg. She was a very hard and devoted worker that worked many jobs and her last of which being Honaker Photography of Huntington. She was preceded in death by brothers Darrell S. Clagg and Larry Clagg Jr. Surviving are her husband of 62 wonderful years Billy Gene Black; five sisters, Audrey Blake, Arleen (Denver) Webb, Naomi (Grover) McComas, Patsy (Leo) Davis, Judy (Tom) Edmonds and one brother Tommy (Donna) Clagg; special nieces and nephews Tammy (Willis) Wilkes, Robbie Davis and Kathleen Dean (Everett) Reynolds; plus three great-nieces that she loved like grandchildren, Lindsey and Ashley Rolfe and Kristen Estep. The family would like to thank Hospice of Huntington for their care and support. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Mark Hesson. Burial will be Bias Chapel Cemetery, Milton.
