Kelly Yvonne Spurlock
(June 24, 1969 - March 16, 2014)

Kelly Yvonne Spurlock, 44, of Ona, WV, passed away March 16, 2014, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Paul Meadows. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. She was born June 24, 1969, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of William Elwood Rose and Patricia Gayle Rose of Ona. She is also survived by three sons, Garrett Anthony Spurlock, Zachary Gage Spurlock and Quinton Elwood Spurlock; and one brother, William Allen Rose and his wife Jennifer. Visitation will be from 11 to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.
