Carolyn Sue Smith
(February 21, 1950 - August 21, 2015)

Carolyn Sue Smith, 65, of Ona, WV, passed away on August 21, 2015, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born February 21, 1950, in Lincoln County, WV, a daughter of the late Shelly Lane and Verdie Clark Workman. She was also preceded in death by her step dad, Herbert Workman; and one son Richard Lane Smith. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Bryan; two sons, Anthoney Smith and Michael Smith; daughter-in-law, Christi Smith; two sisters, Alice June Smoot and Kathy Hensley; three brothers, Eddie and Terri Workman, Gary and Bonnie Workman, Terry Workman, and Darrell and Jerri Clark; six grandchildren, Catalina Smith, Tyler, Dustin and Cole Smith, Aaron and Chad Bryan. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, August 24, 2015, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Dial-Prichard Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the funeral home.
