Carol Faye Gay
(March 19, 1942 - September 9, 2015)

Carol Faye Gay, 73, of Milton, after a long battle with cancer went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at her residence. She was born March 19, 1942 in Cabin Creek, W.Va., a daughter of the late Elijah Thomas and Monnie Ethel Carpenter Russell. She is survived by her husband Larry D. Gay; one daughter, Debra Gay; two sons, Larry A. Gay (Lori) and Jason Gay; two sisters, Dorothy Cockerham (Steve) and Wanda Wood and three brothers, Frank, Glen and Kenneth Russell. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Bill Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 11, 2015 at the funeral home.
