Jack Richard Field
(December 10, 1933 - May 9, 2016)

Jack Richard Field, 82, of Milton, WV, passed away May 9, 2016, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. He was born December 10, 1933, in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late John Everett Field and Mary Avelee Hayes Field. He is survived by his wife Bonnie Field; two daughters Sue Mathis and Ruth Ann (Tom) Castle; one son Jack L. (Mary) Field; seven grandchildren Lisa (Eric) Stevens, Lara (Bruce) Butler, Tabetha Webster, Amy (Brian) Trimble, Jacob S. Mathis, Jason Mathis, Jared (Brittany) Mathis; five great grandchildren Thomas Carter, Justin Stevens, Jack E. Stevens, Kole Butler and Josh Butler; several cousins and a host of friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Roger Branham. Burial will be in Neal Cemetery, Milton. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home. Flowers are welcome or donations may be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.
