Mildred Frances Waugh
(August 2, 1925 - December 27, 2017)

Mildred Frances Waugh, 92, of Culloden, WV, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017. She was born August 2, 1925, in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Frank and Emma Kirby Morrison. She was also preceded in death by her husband William Donald Waugh; daughter Delores Kirby; granddaughter Sandra Hayes; one son-in-law, Bill Hayes; five sisters and four brothers. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Sharon Hayes, Sonny and “BB” Waugh, Connie Akers and Sheila Waugh; two sisters; Sybillia, and Emmalene; and one brother Floyd; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 2, 2017 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Tim Messinger. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
