Evelyn Dent
(March 8, 1919 - December 31, 2011)

Evelyn Dent, 92, of Ona, WV passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011 at Midland Meadows Senior Living. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Fellowship Baptist Church by Pastor Jerry Warren. Visitation will begin two hours before the service at the church. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born March 8, 1919 in Wetzel County, WV, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Stewart Stoneking. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marcus Marc Dent and two brothers, Clay and Ray Stoneking. She is survived by two children and their spouses, Terry & Sue Dent and Jean & Dewey Davis; ten grandchildren, Bryan & Bonnie Dent, Tammi & Bill Hunt, Mike & Tracy Dent, Donna & Tim Harden, and Diana & David Dunfee; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Midland Meadows Senior Living, her Doctors, and Hospice of Huntington for the devoted, loving care they have given our Mother.
