Shirley Ann Hayes
(August 14, 1939 - July 19, 2012)

Shirley Ann Hayes, 72, of Milton, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born August 14, 1939 a daughter of the late Chelsie and Virginia Workman Neal. She is also preceded in death by her husband Harold H. Hayes; one son, Jackie D. Hayes; son-in-law, Alan Ross and one sister, Delores Sowards. She is survived by three daughters, Deborah Ross, Cheryl Stratton (Tommy) and Penny Keaton (Lawrence); one son, Danny Hayes (Betty); two sisters, Jenny Lee Snyder and Catherine Sowards; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 23, 2012 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Doug Bragg officiating. Burial will follow in Templeton Cemetery, Milton. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. In lieu of flowers envelopes will be provided at funeral home for contributions to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.
