ObituaryKeith Allen Keesee Keith Allen Keesee, 56, of Branchland, WV, passed away from a long and painful battle with lung cancer on October 9, 2012 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. He was formerly a strip miner, heavy equipment operator and truck driver. He is the son of the late Everett and Mae Keesee. Survivors include his love, Rebecca Adkins-Keesee; one brother, Gary Keesee of Apple Grove, WV; three daughters, Jennifer Dillon and Kimberly Marshall of Huntington, WV and Beth Fields of Wilson, NC; ten grandchildren, Brandon Scarberry, Shannon Scarberry, Justin Scarberry, Jeff Dillon, Cody Goodpaster, Kayla Goodpaster, Kelsey Goodpaster, Tim Marshall, Keith Marshall and Chase Fields; one great- grandson, Bryson Scarberry; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom he loved very, very much. Pallbearers will be his close truck driver friends, Tim Gue, Mark Lambert, Colin Smith, Chris Smith, Jim Summers and Dwayne Riggle. The family wants to thank everyone at the Joan C. Edwards Cancer Center for all of their caring and kindness. We have been blessed with a wonderful community of friends and family that has helped in many ways through his illness, whom are greatly appreciated. May God bless you all... Visitation will be Friday, October 12, 2012 from 6-8 pm at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday at the Bethlehem United Baptist Church by Pastor Jamie Clay and Preacher Steven Jeffrey. Burial will be in Marion Adkins Cemetery.
