Peggy Sue Coley
(January 24, 1945 - July 6, 2019)



On Saturday, July 6th, 2019, Peggy Sue Wolford Coley left this earthly home to enter the joys of Heaven while surrounded by her loving family as she took her journey. Peggy was born on January 24th, 1945, to Troy and Carrie (Bond) Wolford who now reside in Heaven. She leaves behind her devoted husband and partner in life of 55 years, Charles Thomas “Tom” Coley; their two sons: Steve (Tomi Lynn) Coley of Lesage, WV, and Frank (Evelyn) Coley of Buda, TX; their 4 granddaughters: Samantha Coley, Danielle (Ricky) Nguyen, Jessyca Coley and Nikole Cole; their great grandson Vincent Nguyen and a special niece Zoie Fulton. Also surviving are her 3 sisters: Lois Browning, Sally Fulton and Opal (Otis) Denning, along with numerous nieces and nephews and multiple friends and family members, Kathy Coley and Jan Singleton. She will missed dearly. In addition to her parents, previously deceased are her brothers Scott (Claudette, also deceased) Wolford, James (Uta) Wolford, Infants Donald Wolford and Betty Wolford, sisters Helen “Sis” (Ulbert) Wolford Morgan and Mary Wolford (Bill, also deceased) Thompson; nieces and nephews previously deceased: Brian Denning, Marsha (Larry) Day, Debbie Browning, Michael Browning, David (Connie) Browning, Doug (Janet) Morgan, Sharon Browning, Teddy Browning and Charlene Hatfield. Services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2019, at Wallace Funeral Home in Barboursville, WV. Visitation is from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. Interment will follow immediately at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors of Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington Hospice and Cabell Home Health for their care and concern for our Mom, Wife, Memaw. Thank you also to our church family, River Cities Community Church, for your prayers, visits, calls and cards. As Peggy would always say, “I love you, but Jesus loves you more!”
