Helen L. "Weezie" Perry
(June 5, 1928 - November 25, 2022)



Helen L. “Weezie” Perry, 94, of Barboursville, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, West Virginia. Private funeral and burial services were conducted Sunday, November 27, 2022, by Pastor David Burch and Steve Flouhouse at Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born June 5, 1928, daughter of the late Russell D. And Garnet Cooper from Salt Rock, West Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 74 years, Homer C. “Bunk” Perry and sister, Doris Lee Stanley. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy René Arthur (Mark Stricklin) of Barboursville, WV. Louise was a dedicated member and Choir Director of Barboursville Baptist Church for over 50 years. Special thanks for all the love and support from Allen Smith, Joe and Becky Sepessy, Mark Stricklin, Jim and Janice Glenn, Ronnie Wilson, Steve and Leslie Flouhouse, Larry and Angie Adkins, Ernie Sansom, Grayson Johnson (Pat), Aaron and Courtney Lawhon, Finn, and a host of neighbors, friends and Hospice House of Huntington.
