Lewis Snow, Sr
(April 25, 1928 - May 25, 2014)

Lewis Snow, Sr. passed away on May 25, 2014, in Ruby Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Lewis was born April 25, 1928 on Snow Hill, Wilcox, Alabama. He married Charity L. Britton of Atlanta, Georgia. Lewis is survived by his son, Viktor Franklin Snow, of Morgantown, WV and daughters, Saraletha Snow and Carla Snow Bradley both of Atlanta, GA, and Nina Snow of Orlando, FL. Also surviving are: two sisters, Sara Henderson of Birmingham, AL and Alberta Royce, Pensacola, FL, six granddaughters, Charemma Hacket of Orlando, FL, Alison Rice of Denver, CO, Janee’ Snow, Ari and Cheri Bradley of Atlanta, GA, Frankea Snow of Nashville, TN, also a great granddaughter, and a great-grandson. Lewis Snow was preceded in death by his parent, Frank and Sara Snow, a son Lewis Snow, Jr., and brothers Philip Snow, John C. Snow, Wade Snow, Charlie Snow, and Sister Louise Snow. Lewis was a coal miner for 33 years at Consol and owned and operated Snow Sanitation for many years. A viewing and service will be held 7-9 PM at Jesus Mission Church, 474 Scotts Run Road, Oasage, WV. Burial will be private ceremony for the immediate family at a later date. Tri-State Cremation Society is entrusted with arrangements.
