Obituary

CHARLES EDWARD HATFIELD, 54 of Milton went home to be with his Lord, Sunday, February 27, 2005, at his residence. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will follow in Hatfield Cemetery, Coal Mountain. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert "Buster" and Florence Poe Hatfield. He served his country in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. He was married for 34 years to his loving wife, Erma Meadows Hatfield. He is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Marlena and Billy Blankenship; three grandchildren, Robert, Daniel and Cheyenne Blankenship; seven brothers, Harry Glenn, Frank, Rodney, Buddy, Steve, Ricky and Richard Hatfield. Friends may call one hour prior to service Wednesday at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
