Obituary

SYLVIA KINGERY, 91 of Ona passed away Friday, May 6, 2005, at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. Paul Spence and the Rev. Tracy Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Barker Ridge Cemetery. She was born September 15, 1913, a daughter of the late Henry and Elizabeth Shull Meadows. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Corbett Kingery, and one daughter, Mary Frances Kingery. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Norma Lee and Harvey Mount of Ona, and Louise and Verlion Black of Huntington; four grandchildren, Debbie Jimison and husband, Greg, Gary Mount and wife, Dorothy, of Ona, Greg Black and wife, Amy, of Teays Valley and Brent Black and wife, Susan, of Sherwood, Oregon; nine great-grandchildren, Amber Hanna, Jerod Mount, Matthew Hanna, Jacob and Jenna Mount, Madison and Haley Black and Corbett and Emma Black; one very special sister-in-law, Velva Kingery and a host of nieces, nephews, special friends and neighbors. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 8, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
