Charles Billy Marshall, 86 of Culloden, W.Va. passed away, Monday, December 19, 2016 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, W.Va. He was born August 10, 1930 in Wayne, W.Va. the son of the late, Eustice and Marie Frashier Marshall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his two children, Janie L. Workman and Debbie J. Nutter. He was retired cemetery maintenance employee of White Chapel Memorial Gardens. There will be no services.
