Lucille Harless Lewis 96 of Huntington passed away on Sunday March 18, 2018 at River's Bend Health Care in South Point, OH. She was born on March 18, 1922 to the late Kent and Sara Harless of Barboursville. She was a retired beautician and Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Lewis, daughters Nancy Tanner, Sandy Hagley and a grandson James Alan Lawson. She is survived by her daughter Nellie Lawson of Huntington; sister, Lola Harbour of Virginia; grandchildren, Bill (Rocky) Tanner of California, Jody Tanner of Florida, Yvonne Edge of Kentucky, Michelle Owen of Kentucky and Jerry Curtis Lawson of West Virginia; great-grandchildren Whitney and J.W. Lawson of Ohio, Nickolas and Braxton Edge of Kentucky, and Kyla and Kira Tanner of California; sons-in-law Bill Tanner of Florida and James Lawson of Huntington as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm on Friday, March 23 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary Huntington, WV near Barboursville with Pastor Richard Tanner officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens Barboursville, WV. The family will receive friends two hours prior to funeral services at the mortuary.
