Brenda Sue Scheibelhood
(August 8, 1941 - October 27, 2014)



Brenda Sue Scheibelhood, loving mother and grandmother, 73 of Roanoke, Va., formerly of South Point, Oh passed away Monday, October 27, 2014 at Our Lady of the Valley nursing home, in Roanoke, Va. The Funeral Liturgy will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, of which she was a member, by Father Chuck McGinnis. Rite of committal will be at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, WV. Brenda was born August 8, 1941 in Cabell County, WV a daughter of the late Dewey and Lovie Gill Jobe. She was a long time employee of the Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Julian Scheibelhood and two children: James Cazad II and Donald Cazad; three brothers: Ronald Jobe, Donald Jobe and Hubert Jobe, three sisters: Sandra “Cricket” Chapman, Nellie Scott, and Jo-Anne Jobe. She is survived by her children: Steven and Tammy Cazad of Roanoke, Va., Judy Cazad of South Point, Ohio, Mike and Sally Scheibelhood of Huntington, WV Pat and Randy Hall, Jean and Roger Ward. She is also survived by grandchildren: Crystal Cazad-Long, of South Point, OH, Amanda Perry of Roanoke, Va., and Trista Mowles also of Roanoke, Va., four great-grandchildren and one brother, Dewey Jobe, Jr. of Salt Rock and one sister-in-law, Mary Anne Lipps of Huntington, WV. Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 30 at the Reger Funeral Home.
