Raymond C. Bowen
(August 28, 1949 - August 1, 2013)

Raymond C. Bowen, 63, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 4, 2013, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, by Pastor Larry Nelson. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery, Salt Rock. He was born August 28, 1949, in Huntington, WV, a son of the late Harry and Mary Cook Bowen. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Linda Plumley Bowen; one son, Terence and Tammy Bowen of Lavalette; two sisters, Karen of Cleveland, Ohio and Gale Custodio of Ceredo, WV; two brothers, Jerald Bowen of Huntington, WV and Rodney Bowen of Louisiana; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
