BETH ANN BLAKE, 53 of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born January 2, 1960 in Huntington, the daughter of Thomas Edward Blake and Twila White Blake. In addition to her parents, Beth is survived by her step-mother, Laura Blake; her son, Ian Blake; a brother, Douglas Wade Blake; half-brother, Kiel Ward Blake; a granddaughter, Kaileigh Paige Blake; special friends, Morris Blair; Denise Rickman and Jace Wade Rickman all of Huntington; a host of other relatives and friends; and the love of her life, her dog Tyson. A memorial service will be held from 5pm to 7pm Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Beard Mortuary. Special thanks to the loving, compassionate staff at Cabell Huntington Hospital.
