Obituary
Philby Arlen Dunlap,
84, of Huntington, WV passed away Saturday November 29, 2014 at Emogene
Dolin Jones Hospice house. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday December
2 at 2:00 p.m. at Beard Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will follow at
Ridgelawn memorial Park. He was born August 24, 1930 in Charleston WV, son
of the late Ernest and Clara Dunlap. Philby worked at Special Metals where
he retired after 37 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 65 years
Barbara Day Dunlap; two daughters Vicki Adkins (Scott) and Valeri Lambert
(Rob) from Huntington, Grandchildren Kyle Adkins and Matt Lieving and Great
Grandchildren Olivia and Nicholas Lieving. The family will receive friends
on Monday December 1, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Beard Mortuary. Special Thanks
to the staff at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice house and Doctor Gerrit Kimmey
and staff for their generosity in our time of need.
