Dreama Sharon Holley Flinchum
(January 16, 1950 - March 18, 2012)



Dreama Sharon Holley Flinchum, 62, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012, in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. Funeral services will be conducted at noon Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Dwayne Shugert officiating. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Dreama was born January 16, 1950 in Huntington a daughter of Alma Loumedia Chapman Holley of Proctorville, OH and the late George Wesley Holley. Her brother, Glenn Edward Holley; her paternal grandparents, George Ed and Thelma Hinchman Holley; her maternal grandparents, Elmer Chapman, Sr. and Zelma Holley Chapman; her mother-in-law, Geneva Flinchum; and her father-in-law, Paul Flinchum, also preceded her in death. She was a retired U.S. Postal Service window clerk at the Beverly Hills Post Office. In addition to her mother, survivors include: her loving husband of 42 years, Robert Flinchum; her son Paul Flinchum and his fiancée, Jennifer Fuller, of Huntington; a granddaughter, Victoria Lynn Flinchum of Huntington; an expected granddaughter, Abigail Lynn Dreama Flinchum; a sister, Jeannie Holley Mangus (John Mayes) of Cincinnati, OH; a sister-in-law, Betty Flinchum Morgan of Glenwood, WV; three nieces, Pauline, Mandy, and Tamara; a nephew, Jim; her adopted son, Thomas Robertson of Ringgold, GA; several great nieces and great nephews; and many wonderful loving cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, the American Cancer Society or New Hope United Methodist Church, Proctorville. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at Chapman’s Mortuary.
