An avid runner, Jane ran in eight Charleston Distance runs and two marathons. She moved to Barboursville in 1999 and continued making commercials and doing print ads for several years. In 2004 she was honored to be among the first inductees into the Broadcasting Hall of Fame at the Museum of Radio and Technology in Huntington.
