Charles Franklin Keaton, 74, of Proctorville, OH, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. He was born August 13, 1945 in Logan, WV a son of the late John and Ana Workman Keaton. He was also preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Janet Keaton and three sisters, Marietta, Alberta, and Marie. He was a retired truck driver for REO Logistics Trucking. Survivors include: his niece and her husband, Lisa and Philip Runyon of Chesapeake, OH; two great nephews, Zachery (Chelsey) Runyon and Jacob Runyon; two great nieces, Taylor Runyon and Lakin Runyon; a great great nephew, Finnegan Runyon; and a great great niece, Evelyn Runyon. There will be no services at this time. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
