William Edward Watson Jr.


William "Bill" Watson, Jr., 65, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born April 5th, 1956 to the late William Edward Watson Sr. and Helen Deloris Raines Watson. He was preceded in death by his son William Edward Watson III and his three sisters, Rosie, Willa and Carolyn. He was currently employed by Dunkin Donuts in Hurricane having retired from Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital where he worked as a security guard. Survivors include: his wife, Dianna Faye Watson; two children, his daughter Tiffany (Matthew) Garrett, and son Christopher (and his fiancé Jennifer Leary); 10 grandchildren, William, Braden, and Caden Watson, Dylan Napier, Jr., Abigail and Logan Garrett, Shi'Anne and Braxton Watson, Alexis Leary, and Dakota Talkington; three brothers, Steve (Charlotte) Watson, David (Tena) Watson, and Michael Watson; several nieces and nephews that he loved so dearly. Friends may call from 4-6pm, Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Chapman's Mortuary. Bill's family would like to let everyone know that masks are optional while attending.
