Parilee A. Coleman
(June 4, 1923 - October 23, 2007)



Parilee Avenel Coleman, 84, of Huntington, is now walking with the Lord after having Polio since the age of four. She passed away October 23, 2007 at her residence. Ms. Coleman was born June 4, 1923 in Huntington., a daughter of the late Seth O. and Willa Mae Coleman. She was preceded in death by one sister, Normalee Jackson, with whom she made her home, one brother, Hershel Ray Coleman, and a niece Tossie Lee Airington. Survivors include one brother, Eugene Coleman of Chesapeake, OH. ,one brother-in law Keith Jackson, A very special niece who cared for her, Debbie Ball and her husband Carlos of Milton, four nephews; David Jackson (Patsy), Jim Coleman (Debbie), Edward Coleman and Dana Coleman, seven great-nieces; Angie Dornon, Alisha Huff, Kara Coleman, Megan Coleman, and Heather Daniels, Jamie Syx, and Rikki Braden, five great-nephews; Brett McComas, David Jackson II, Matt Colman, and Seth Coleman, and Dewey Dutton, ten great-great nieces and nephews; Brittany, Toni, Brandon, Kassie, Rachel, Emma, Ryan, Jarrod, Isaiah, and Lilly., one great-great-great nephew, Coleton, and a very special friend, Dottie Robison. A host of cousins and friends also survive. The family would like to thank Vicky Crook and Hospice for their special care. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00pm Friday October 26, 2007 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev. Vernon Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Visitation will be Thursday from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the funeral home
