He was born on September 1, 1962, in Steubenville, Ohio to Velara Harris Gardner and the late Curtis Harris.
Michael is survived by his wife, Timolin Harris and a loving daughter, Chandréonia Harris both of Huntington, WV; his mother, Verala Gardner of Warwood, WV; a sister, Carol of Wheeling, WV; two brothers, Kevin of Wheeling, WV and Curtis of Cadiz, Ohio. He is also survived by a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Michael graduated from Steubenville High School and later served in the US Army. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan, and a former Radio DJ in Dallas, TX.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Northcott Community Center, Huntington with Timolin F. Harris officiating.
