Henry Lee Stubblefield
(October 11, 1947 - December 10, 2009)



Henry L. Stubblefield, 62, of Huntington, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2009 at the Imogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. He was born October 11, 1947 in Huntington a son of the late William Henry and Sarah L. Thomas Stubblefield. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00 PM Friday, December 18, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Ridley officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Huntington. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home. Henry was a former resident of Milwaukee WI, and had retired as city worker for the city of Milwaukee. His passion for life included drawing and a good conversation or a movie with friends. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by a brother, Winfred Stubblefield Sr. He is survived by his common law wife Joann D. Bonner Prince; three sons, Ramone (Tiffany), Leon and Gerod all of Milwaukee; two sisters, Genevieve Watts of Charles Town, WV and Alta Stubblefield of South Holland, IL; three brothers, Cornell Stubblefield (Valerie), Willie Fred Stubblefield, and Gary Stubblefield (Rene) all of Huntington, and three grand-daughters; Akeyla, Aniyah and Alandra of Milwaukee, WI. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive. Repass will follow the graveside rights at 1701 Franklin Ave, Huntington WV.
