Delores Jeanette King
(September 21, 1938 - October 30, 2009)

Delores Jeanette “Lois” King 71, of Huntington passed away October 30, 2009 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born September 21, 1938, a daughter of Clara Robinson and the late William Henry Spiller. Delores was a loving mother, homemaker, and daughter; she was also a member of the New Life Church; In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband Morton R. King, one brother, William "Bill" Spiller, and two sisters; Antionette Layne, and Gwendolyn Wilson. Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Pastor Martha Johnson. Survivors include 3 children; Rolanda Delores King Johnson, Stephanie Lorraine King, and Vincent Roland (Patricia) King all of Huntington. 1 Uncle, John Roninson of Huntington, 1 sister-in-law Jo-Ann King(Wendell) Chapman II; 1 brother-in-law William Prudence, 15 Grandchildren; Keisha, and Sheriee Parnell, Arley, Tamara, Marton, Charlene, and Matthew Johnson; Brittany and Jasmine Jones; Timothy Denson, Ryan, Maryah, and Jayla King all of Huntington, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Tayla, Ayden Lorenzo, Ayden Malik, and Arianna, and a special Niece, Kimberly Dawn Redd. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
