Donald Rodrick Gwinn
Donald Rodrick Gwinn, 76, of Huntington, WV passed away June 20, 2010 peacefully at home with family by his side. He was born June 15, 1934 in Montgomery WV. Donald attended Garnette High School in Charleston WV and then served in the U.S. Army. He later became a self-employed contractor. He is preceded in death by his wife Madra Crawford-Gwinn; parents James and Sadie Gwinn, and step-daughter Chandra Spauldin. Surviving his loss are sisters Nancy Carnes of Flint, Michigan, Fay Farris of Columbus, Ohio and June (June) Reedy of Iverton, Texas. Also Sons; Donald Gwinn Jr, Ethan Moore and Carlos Johnson. Step-Sons; Michael Crawford and Charles Moore. Daughters; Darlena Moore, Delcina Moore, Gwendolyn Leonard and Tina Gravery , a sister in law, Joan Gwinn and a host of relatives, grandchildren and great-grandchildren which he loved deeply. Funeral Service will be held at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home on July 1, 2010 at 2:00pm.
