Rebecca Ann Ferguson
(August 1, 1951 - January 17, 2011)

Rebecca Ann Ferguson, 59 of Huntington, WV passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 after a long illness. She was born August 1, 1951 in Huntington, a daughter of the late William and Marvel Black Hicks. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Ferguson; a son, William Dewayne Ferguson and two brothers, Larry and Frank Hicks. Rebecca is survived by one daughter, Penny (Thomas) Ferguson of Huntington; Two sons, Darrell (BJ) Ferguson of Huntington and Glen Ferguson, Jr. of Elkins, WV; three grandsons, Michael and Douglas Ferguson of Huntington and Ashton Newton of Southpoint, OH; two granddaughters, Brittany and Chasity (Nikki) Spurlock Ferguson of Huntington and one great granddaughter, McKenzie Dyer of Huntington, WV; two sisters, Midge Cremeans and Elizabeth Hicks of Huntington; four brothers, Wetzel, Lawrence (Bo), Fred (Hoover) and Donald Hicks all of Huntington; and a special friend, Jackie Smith. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral service will be held Noon Friday, January 21, 2011 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington. Visitation will be 11 am Friday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all her friends at Hospice.
